Questions about cost.
What counts as a load?
A load is one browser or app resolving a channel to its current version: a successful GET on the channel endpoint. Failed auth, 404s, and cache hits (304s) don't count, and the file fetches themselves never do. You're billed on the cheap control-plane lookup, not the bandwidth.
Will I get a surprise bill?
Almost certainly not. Pro includes a million loads a month, enough for most small and mid-size sites, and overage ($2 per 1,000) only applies above that. We won't throttle a paying site mid-traffic for overage, but you can see your usage any time on your dashboard, so you stay in control.
Do you charge for bandwidth or storage egress?
No — and we never will. Files are served from Cloudflare's edge, where egress is free, so a viral spike is never a viral bill. Pro includes 10 GB of stored versions; Free includes 500 MB.
What happens when I reach the Free limit?
Free includes 25,000 loads a month and is meant for evaluation and non-commercial use. When you cross it, or the moment your modules run on a commercial site, that's the signal to move to Pro. Nothing is deleted; your packages and history stay exactly where they are.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage your card, invoices, and cancellation yourself from the Stripe-hosted billing portal. No email required. And there's no lock-in: your published modules are plain files on standard URLs and you keep your own source, so you could host them anywhere else and repoint.
Are prices shown with VAT?
Prices are in USD, excluding VAT. Any VAT or MVA that applies is added automatically on your invoice.
